Plans

The account itself costs nothing. You pay for the domain, and a plan unlocks optional features on top of that, for every domain on the account at once. No nameserver change is needed for it.

The DNS toolbox belongs to the domain and carries no account fee:

  • DNS records in every record type
  • DNSSEC signing
  • DynDNS
  • Web and email forwarding
  • Own or authoritative nameservers
  • Hidden primary
  • Zone import and export
  • DNS API with write access
  • DNS assistants for SPF, DMARC, DKIM and CAA

So the chapters DNS records, DNSSEC, DynDNS and forwarders work without a plan, as does the whole API reference.

Pro adds the monitoring and protection features:

Business includes everything in Pro and adds:

  • DNS query analytics with a world map and history
  • Vanity nameservers (white label)
  • DNSSEC as a service
  • GeoDNS and failover

Paying yearly drops two monthly fees. Switching mid month follows a rule worth knowing: the remaining credit of the current month is settled on the next invoice, so it is not forfeited. The page shows the amount before you switch.

The current plan sits at the top with payment mode, price and the date of the next renewal. Cancel plan ends it at the end of the current period; domains are unaffected, they are not part of the plan.
