The overview

Each document sits in the list with type, number, date, status and amount, and can be found through the search field, for example by the invoice number from a mail. The status shows at a glance whether something is open.

Open amounts also show up outside this page: at the bottom right of the dash a hint such as 1 open invoices appears and leads straight here.

How payment happens

How an open amount gets settled depends on the stored payment method: credit card and SEPA direct debit collect automatically, with bank transfer the invoice stays open until the money arrives. If you keep seeing open items here although collection should be automatic, check the stored details there first.
